光传输网络的架构

ITU-T G.872建议书描述了使用ITU-T G.800 和ITU-T G.805建议书中描述的建模方法的光传输网络（OTN）的功能结构。从网络层的角度对光传输网络的功能进行了描述，同时考虑到的光网络的分层结构、用户端的特性信息、用户端/服务器层结合、联网拓扑以及提供光信号传输、复用、路由、监视层网络功能。网络光部分使用媒体架构、媒体元素和光信号维护实体的角度进行了描述。另外，亦从OTN网络的背景对ITU‑T G.698.1 和ITU‑T G.698.2建议书中定义的黑链路方法的使用做了描述。
