ITU-T G.8273.2/Y.1368.2建议书规定了用来同步ITU-T G.8271、ITU T G.8271.1、ITU-T G.8275和ITU-T G.8275.1建议书中定义的网络架构中操作的网络设备电信边界时钟和电信时间从属时钟的时间和相位的最低要求。建议书支持分组网时间和/或相位同步分布。

该版建议书仅适用于网络的全定时支持。这些要求在所规定的设备正常环境条件下适用。
