有关选择典型样例导则的新附件A

ITU-T E.802建议书修正案1加入了附件A，该附件测量服务质量参数的选择和代表性抽样提供指导。ITU-T E.802建议书选择不提供此指导的原因在于“代表性抽样的选择是一种受测量任务特定技术和操作条件影响很大的进程”（见第8.5节）。因此附件A提供的指导考虑到了这些技术（统计）和操作（实际服务质量数据收集）方面的问题，提出了简单的随机抽样方法。

此修正还增加了附录IV和V，为附件A中包含的抽样算法实施以及基于抽样的QoS参数使用提供了补充信息。
