大数据驱动网络 – 移动网络流量的管理和规划

在移动网络中，始终产生大量的流量数据，反映移动网络的真实状态和客户的实际体验。基于移动网络产生的大数据，可以对移动网络实现更高效的管理和更合理的规划。
为了研究相关内容，ITU-T Y.3651建议书规定了与大数据驱动网络相关的一些技术方面问题 - 移动网络流量管理和规划。本建议书的范围包括：大数据驱动网络的要求、框架、参考点、性能方面问题和安全考虑因素 - 移动网络流量管理和规划。
