循环经济：信息通信技术的物质效率的定义和概念

ITU-T L.1022建议书载有信息通信技术（ICT）的循环经济（CE）方面、参数、衡量标准和指标指南，其依据是现有标准中界定的信息通信技术的现行方法、概念和衡量标准，同时考虑到其对ICT的适用性。在本建议书中，ICT的定义基于经济合作与发展组织（OECD）给出的定义（见参考资料中的[b-ISIC]）。本建议书在更广泛和更深入的背景下讨论所有ICT定义参数、衡量标准和指标的特殊考量和挑战，旨在指导ICT材料效率的纵向标准化。该准则旨在审查现有的各类标准，并评估这些标准对ICT产品组的相关性，建议书全文引用了有关相关性的例子。
