ITU-T Y.4600建议书确定了智慧城市数字孪生系统的要求和能力,该系统可用于分析使用案例和案例研究,制定战略并确定最佳参数,以通过在城市的数字复制品(虚拟城市)上进行模拟,实现城市的特定目标。数字孪生是目标对象的数字化呈现,根据应用的特定领域可能需要不同的能力,例如物理事物与其数字呈现之间的同步以及实时支持。智慧城市数字孪生可以定义为智慧城市的数字孪生,用于制定战略,同时通过模拟实现智慧城市的特定目标增加人-基础设施-战略互动的可视性。智慧城市数字孪生允许在实施计划之前进行模拟,在计划成为现实之前暴露问题。换言之,在真实城市实际实施该策略之前,可以在城市的数字复制品(虚拟城市)上进行模拟。这样,还可以找到实现特定目标的最佳策略或具有类似效果的策略,同时最大限度地减少预算和资源使用。因此,智慧城市数字孪生是一种改善城市运营、效率和城市复原力的工具。 |
