虚并接信号的链路容量调节方案（LCAS）
本建议书规定对一般传送网内（例如使用虚并接在SDH或OTN网络上）传送的容器的容量进行动态改变（即，增加或减少）的方法。通常，容量的改变不会影响业务流。另外，该方法还提供监视能力，如网络内某个成员发生故障自动地减少容量；当网络故障修复后自动增加容量。
