ITU-T X.1089建议书为利用一系列生物特征识别证书,为人的远程认证确定了认证基础设施,并将ITU-T X.509建议书的公共密钥和属性证书框架以及ISO/IEC 24761认证背景扩展至生物特征识别。X.509扩展和电信与生物特征识别的结合,被称为远程生物特征识别认证基础实施(TAI),无论是否根据ITU-T X.509建议书提供了公共密钥基础实施(PKI)和/或特权管理基础实施(PMI),该基础设施都可用于认证,但通常以上两种基础设施都得到采用。建议书确定了用于X.509证书的生物特征识别扩展域,以生成生物特征识别证书。本建议书的一个重要部分是根据介入应用的需要,确认和支持生物特征识别装置和相关软件在不同(认证)安全等级的运行。 |
