T.813 describes the use of accessing an internal image data with XPah and transferred XML document. The W3C's XPath Version 2.0 (2010) contains these XPath definitions and usages. Thus the XPath Version 2.0 (2010) is referenced.

XML Path Language 2.0 was published in December 2010. Conformance requirements are clear, and the specification is readily and widely available.
