The Pulse Oximeter Service, Version 1.0, is needed to allow device inter-connectivity within the ITU-T H.810 personal area network architecture. This specification defines a short-range communications system intended to replace the cable(s) connecting portable and/or fixed electronic devices for pulse oximeter.
