1. Clear description of the referenced document:
Name: ETSI TS 103 281 V1.2.1 (2018-01)
Title: Speech and multimedia Transmission Quality (STQ); Speech quality in the presence of background noise: Objective test methods for super-wideband and fullband terminals
2. Status of approval:
Approved 2018-01.
3. Justification for the specific reference:
The specification provides an instrumental speech quality prediction model for S-, N- and G-MOS according to ITU-T Rec. P.835. This model can be used for many applications, like e.g. validation of hands-free and group audio devices.
4. Current information, if any, about IPR issues:
None
5. Other useful information describing the "Quality" of the document:
The document is referenced already by several other terminal measurement specifictions, like e.g., 3GPP TS 26.131/132, where it is used for performance requirements.
6. The degree of stability or maturity of the document:
Stable.
7. Relationship with other existing or emerging documents:
ITU-T Rec. P.835
