This Recommendation introduces smart evacuation, which should facilitate effective and efficient solutions for people inside the disaster zone and for people who is approaching the disaster zone. This Recommendation describes concepts, features and technical characteristics of smart evacuation control in disaster and/or emergency situations. This Recommendation specifies high-level require-ments, functional reference model along with use cases.
