Summary:

This draft Recommendation applies to equipment and installations in outdoor applications using power line communication technology which are in the coverage of a PV site. The PLC wanted signal should be intentionally transmitted between phase to phase and in the frequency range below 12MHz.
This Recommendation specifies the emission limits and measurement methods of the equipment according to the EM environment categories, based on the risk assessment of the co-existence between PLC equipment and sensitive radio services.
This Recommendation could also be referred to for outdoor application other than PV site using power line communication technology if it is applied.
