This amendment to G.7718 is to update and supplement management requirements :
to align with the recent changes to ITU-T Recommendation G.7701, G.7702 and G.7703.
to expand and enhance the scope of lifecycle management in MCS.
to study the management requirements of MCS from the perspective of user role, and the requirements of user management.
