Summary: Knowledge constructing of bDDN (Big-data-driven networking) is capable of fully mining and refining the hidden information in big data of network, integrating external knowledge, and transforming massive data into multi-dimensional and multi-level related network knowledge. By constructing the closed loop of knowledge extraction, knowledge representation, knowledge fusion, knowledge decision-making, and knowledge verification, the network will be endowed with the ability of data understanding, knowledge expression, logical reasoning, and autonomous learning. Knowledge constructing of bDDN will realize automatic reasoning and intelligent decision-making in network management, operation, control and optimization. In terms of service to the network, it realizes knowledge-based status early warning, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, etc., making the network operation, maintenance, and management more intelligent; in terms of serving users, it can provide users with efficient, flexible and deterministic network services, bring better experience to users. This document specifies the architecture and mechanism for knowledge constructing of bDDN.
