Artificial intelligence generated contents (AIGC) technologies for text contents generation is one of AIGC, its output is in the form of text, i.e. to-text decoders, and the output can be in different languages. To-text decoders generally take in contextualized representations from the encoder and decode the representation into a sentence (text contents). And when it comes to the contents which are generated by AI and relevant technologies, there will be a number of advantages covering most of the industries in the coming years. This Recommendation specifies AIGC technologies for text contents generation.
