In the operation phase of 5G networks, how to identify the 5G network assets, how to identify vulnerabilities and asset-/service-related risks are primary issues of 5G network security management. However, there are some practical problems and difficulties in currency:
Lack of comprehensive 5G network assets views
Insufficient data and unsuitable security methods related to 5G network assets
Insufficient security analysis according to 5G network assets and services
The purpose of this Recommendation is to provide guidelines and technical requirements for 5G network asset security risk analysis, thus to improve the security for 5G network operation and maintenance.
