Summary:
|
Circular city has been defined as the city that utilizes its assets (infrastructure, resources, goods, and services) as inputs for circular action (sharing, recycling, refurbishing, re-using, replacing, and digitizing) and generates corresponding circular outputs (i.e., purified, and reused water). The above definition and findings show a potential use of the information and communications technologies (ICT) and of innovation that can establish asset utilization and transform linear to circular outputs within the city boundaries.
This draft Recommendation defines the architecture development framework of circular city and to conclude on corresponding architecture views and guides.
