Summary: The rapid development and wide application of Immersive live experience (ILE) technology have led to dramatically changes in our daily life, including live sports, entertainment, telepresence, etc. On the other hand, many persons with disabilities have barriers for using products and services. Therefore, with the development of the technology, it is more necessary for ILE services taking into account the characteristics of persons with disabilities to bridge the digital divide, and specify more detailed requirements, helping persons with disabilities use immersive experience across geographical and spatial borders. This draft Recommendation identifies ILE services for persons with disabilities, their conceptual model(s) and specifies their requirements.
