This Appendix illustrates the implementation of the key stages of the evaluation methodology described in ITU-T Recommendation L.1480. It presents a "Tier 1" evaluation, the most precise, relating to a case study carried out by the Orange company at Orange Atalante, the Orange Innovation center located in Cesson-Sévigné, France. The study looks at the effects of expanding teleworking through the use of an ICT solution for remote collaborative working.
