Abstract
The National Coordinating Center (NCC) an element of the National Communications System (NCS),
which is a confederation of 22 US Federal Departments and Agencies. The NCC leverages its unique
joint government/industry structure and all-hazard emergency response capabilities to coordinate
the initiation, restoration, and reconstitution of United States government national security and
emergency preparedness telecommunications services both nationally and internationally.
