Session 4 - TDR Requirements Definition, Committee T1

Abstract:
Committee T1’s Technical Subcommittee T1A1 has produced a Technical Report entitled "Overview of Standards in Support of Emergency
Telecommunications Service (ETS)". This presentation will provide an overview of the salient features of the Report including
a discussion of user functional requirements for emergency telecommunications as well as a brief description of some of the
current work in T1 and other Standards Development Organizations. The topics covered in a new T1A1 draft Technical Report
entitled "Traffic Priorities in Emergency Telecommunications Services" will be introduced.
