Abstract
This presentation addresses the PSTN protocols supporting International Telecommunication Preference
Scheme for disaster relief. We discuss the recent past, current situation, and the next steps to be taken.
The recent changes to the various recommendations in order to support IEPS are enumerated. The national and
international services are differentiated.
