Bruno CHATRAS
joined France Telecom R&D (formerly CNET) in 1985, where he has been initially involved in GSM standards. Since then he has held several expert and managerial positions in the area of Intelligent Networks. He is currently senior expert in the Network Architecture division of France Telecom R&D, with special interest on signalling protocols for Next Generation Networks. Bruno has been the Rapporteur on IN Protocols in ITU SG11 for several years and is also involved in ETSI standards, as Rapporteur on several NGN related work items. Since 1998, he is the secretary of the Technical Programme Committee of the International Conference on Intelligence in Next Generation Networks (ICIN).
