Dr. Chen is director of strategic security standardization, ZTE Corporation. He is also Vice-Chairman of ITU-T SG17 and Chairman of fix network security working group, China Communications Standards Association
(CCSA).
Dr. Chen got Ph.D. degree from City University of Hong Kong. He has over 20 scientific publications and applied over 15 patents in the field of security. His interests cover service security, NGN security, wireless network security and chaos.
