Biographies

Mr Robert Stefanski is Head of the Applied Climate Services of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in Geneva, Switzerland and has been working for WMO since 2005.  He is also the co-lead of Integrated Drought Management Programme (IDMP) which is co-sponsored with the Global Water Partnership. He has a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Climatology from Iowa State University, USA (1988) and B.S. in Agricultural Meteorology from Purdue University, USA (1986).
