This Recommendation
contains rules to be observed in the scheduled radiocommunication service in
which radiocommunications are transmitted to one or more destinations. Only
those senders and addressees who satisfy the provisions and conditions agreed
between the Administrations concerned shall be allowed to participate in this
service.
