Summary - Y.3326 (09/2024) - Requirements and framework of distributed software-defined network intelligence capability enhancement based on distributed ledger technology

The distributed S-NICE enhancements is an evolved version of software-defined network intelligence capability enhancement (S-NICE) which has already been standardized by Recommendations ITU-T Y.3321 and ITU-T Y.3322. Recommendation ITU-T Y.3326 builds on those published Recommendations, and Recommendations such as ITU-T Y.2345. By introducing distributed leger technology, the distributed S-NICE provides an efficient and reliable mechnism that prevents unauthorized parties from modifying data in the network.
