Albie Bester is the Market Development Manager for the Intelsat Networks business unit. He joined the company in November 2016. Albie has been actively involved in the ICT market for the past 30 years, serving in a variety of technical, business strategy and executive roles. His work experience includes software development, strategy consulting, business and executive management with companies such as PwC, Microsoft and SEACOM. Albie holds a BSc Computer Science degree from the University of South Africa and a post graduate diploma in Marketing Management. Intelsat operates the world's first Globalized Network, delivering high-quality, cost-effective video and broadband services anywhere in the world. Intelsat's Globalized Network combines the world's largest satellite backbone with terrestrial infrastructure, managed services and an open, interoperable architecture to enable customers to drive revenue and reach through a new generation of network services.
