His role covers the three flagship EUSP components, Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus, and more recently the new Commission initiative to establish a space-based secure connectivity system. Before joining the Commission in 2007, Dominic worked for the Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator, and before that the UK Government. He has a Master’s in Satellite Communications and a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering. During spare moments in lockdown he runs, bakes and rides.
