Adolfo Oliva

Head of the Regulatory Policy Division, Undersecretariat of Telecommunications (Subtel), Chile

Adolfo Oliva Torres has 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. Graduated in Business Engineering from the Universidad de Concepción in Chile, with postgraduate degrees in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and Economics applied to Public Policy from Georgetown University. He is currently the Head of the Regulatory Policy and Studies Division at the Undersecretary of Telecommunications of the Government of Chile (SUBTEL), a position from which he promotes the deployment of 5G.
