Gessienne Grey

Young Leader, Generation Connect, ITU

Gessienne Grey is a 19-year-old student of Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford. In January 2020, Gessienne was Secretary General of the FerMUN 2020 - Futurecasters Global Young Visionaries Summit, held at ITU’s Geneva headquarters in January 2020. Since then, Gessienne has spent two summers interning with ITU’s Generation Connect team, taking part in preparations for the Generation Connect Youth Summit, to be held in Addis Ababa in June 2022. Outside of studying, Gessienne is involved in youth activism, including initiatives for human rights and climate justice.
