Digital Opportunities: Innovative ICT Solutions for Youth Employment

This report aims to cast a spotlight on the ongoing information technology revolution as it offers promising solutions to youth unemployment through digital jobs and entrepreneurship opportunities. It examines the transformation of three sectors - agriculture, health, and offshore services - and the creation of emerging work opportunities (from microwork to app development) requiring new skills and new​ wa​​​ys of learning. 

The report also discusses the role of government in seizing digital opportunities to support youth employment and entrepreneurship.
