Gregory Domond

Gregory Domond has been a Senior Consultant at the Regulatory Body of Haiti: CONATEL since 2012. He oversees international relations as well as leads the capacity building program in the field of ICTs. He previously served as a manager of international relations for Haitel and Comcel. He is also an executive director of the ICT incubator, as well s a telecommunications professor at several universities. He holds a M.Sc. in Telecommunications and a B.Sc. in electronic engineering.
