The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) will be organizing a Forum on Digital Inclusion in Baghdad-Iraq on the 22nd of September 2019, hosted by the Communications and Media Commission of Iraq.
This forum will serve as a platform for key stakeholders in the region to showcase their unique activities relevant to Digital Inclusion. In particular, the forum will highlight stakeholder experiences and best practices on the following important topics:
- ICT Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities
- Digital Financial Inclusion
- Smart Learning
- and many other relevant issues
The forum will be structure in a series of “Ted Talk” like speaking sessions in which the different distinguished speakers can showcase their inspiring digital inclusion presentations.
