Objective:
To enhance cooperation between regulators and policy-makers in various sectors and other stakeholders in telecommunications/information and communication technologies (ICTs); to create an appropriate, enabling and harmonized regulatory environment for digital regulation in order to enhance cooperation and keep pace with new challenges and rapid developments in the telecommunication/ICT sector; and to establish a mechanism for information and experience sharing and skill development.
