She has extensive experience on child rights with a specific focus on Child Online Protection and Child participation in both non-governmental and international organsations.

Coordinator and co-author of the ITU Guidelines on Child Online Protection, she has chaired a working group of numerous experts in the field of Child Protection, ICTs and cybersecurity.
Prior joining ITU, Fanny has worled for UNICEF with a focus on partnerships, youth participation, and sustainable development goals. Before joining the UN system, she focused on Child Rights related to children on the move and children in armed conflict at terre des hommes and Plan International. Fanny holds a Master Degree in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies from the Goethe University in Frankfrut with a specific focus on human rights and humanitation aid. |
