Workshop on ICT Accessibility- the key to inclusive communication for ALL people

The workshop on ICT Accessibility – the key to inclusive communication for ALL people will take place at ITU Headquarters (ITU Montbrillant building, Room K) in Geneva, Switzerland. The workshop aims at strengthening ITU members knowledge on the topic, thus supporting the work of the ITU-D S​tudy Group 1 Question 7 that targets to accelerate related implementation at regional and global level and make an impact by ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital era.​

This session will provide key knowledge to ITU members and interested stakeholders on the pillars of digital inclusion and the role of ICT/digital accessibility as the universal design of technology, so that everyone regardless of their gender, age, ability to use technology, level of literacy, or location can be included in digital societies and environments. 
The training will also contain information on global trends, b​est practices, and stakeholders' return on investment by mainstreaming ICT accessibility to ensure that the digital transformation process is inclusive for ALL.
