Chakchouk Bio PictureDr. Moez Chakchouk, Graduated in 1998 from Sup’Com engineering school. Moez received his M.S in telecommunications from ENIT Engineering School in 2001. In 2009, he achieved his Ph.D in applied mathematics and in telecommunications, from El Manar Univ Tunisia & Paris Descartes Univ. He started his career in 1998 as a research engineer member of PINA R&D CERT, the Tunisian Center for Research and Studies in Telecommunications. In 2002, he became the chief of RACINES R&D. He joined in 2005 the Tunisian Telecommunication Regulation Authority (INT) first as chief of their technical department, later he became the Head of Interconnection & Access. In March 2010, he was appointed as Adviser to the Minister of Communications Technology. In 2011, Moez was appointed Chairman and CEO of the ATI -Tunisian Internet Agency where he transformed it into a neutral IXP (internet exchange point), Registrar, ISP and launched the open innovation 404Labs. He was appointed Chairman & CEO of the Tunisian Post in April 2015. Moez is a fervent defender of online human rights, he participated in different forums and conferences and he selected as a member of the Global Commission on Internet Governance — ourinternet.org.

Ronald is passionate about innovation where the developing world is leapfrogging legacy business models providing ever new opportunities, improving the lives of millions of people through digital financial services. Educated in Zimbabwe, Ronald is currently the Director of Financial Services for Safaricom tasked with leading M-PESA through its next phase of growth. Previously he was the inaugural Director of Payments for Equity Bank, a new directorate that the bank established to centralise payment activities.
