The Mobile Manufacturers Forum (MMF) is an international association representing the world’s leading wireless communications equipment manufacturers on health and safety, accessibility and anti-counterfeiting issues.
As Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) I am responsible for the operational and strategic management of MMF’s activities in the region, government advocacy, stakeholder relations and public communication on behalf of the industry.
Immediately prior to joining the MMF, Mr Barmüller was Managing Director of the Austrian ‘Forum Mobilkommunikation’ from 2000 to 2006. He also served as a Member of the Austrian federal parliament from 1990 to 1999, focused on infrastructure issues, telecommunication, renewable energy and environment.
He graduated as Master of Laws at the University of Graz, Austria.
