Yves had been with SGS for the last 9 years, taking different positions in the SGS group. In its early years in SGS, Yves managed efficiency improvements projects within the Continuous Improvement department for the entire SGS network.
In 2009, Yves has been transferred to Madagascar to further develop the Single Window operations deployed for the Madagascar Customs Authorities under a Public-Private Partnership with the Finance Ministry.
In 2012, Yves took the responsibility of the deployment of a new service aimed to provide dedicated solutions to the telecommunication regulatory administrations: SGS Layer4 (www.sgs.com/layer4). Since then, SGS has acquired significant experience in the designing, implementing and operating of Telecom programmes for governments.
Yves main tasks are to develop the right solutions for his clients in collaboration with the recognised technology partners and other telecom stakeholders, as the ITU.
