​Olivier Bouffant
Senior Standard Manager, Infrastructure of Broadband Networks, Orange Innovation

Olivier Bouffant was graduated from the University of Toulon, France in Electronics in 1992. He joined the France Telecom R&D centre in Lannion in 1994 to work on local loop technologies based on xDSL and FTTx. In 2005, he became responsible of infrastructure studies in Orange Labs about building cabling and home networks connectivity. Since 2014, he is Senior Standard Manager on infrastructure of broadband networks at Orange Innovation. He is involved in standardization about communication infrastructure at national (AFNOR), European (ETSI ATTM, CENELEC TC 215) and international levels (ISO/IEC JTC1 SC25) where he is chairman of ETSI/ATTM/AT2 and AFNOR UF215 commissions.

​Les Brown
Director of wireline access standards, Huawei Technologies

Les Brown has over 40 years of experience specializing in the standardization of wire-line data communication technologies, including voice-band modems, DSL modems, and wire-line based home networking. He has held many leadership positions in ITU-T and Broadband Forum over the years. Les is currently the Rapporteur for ITU-T Question 18 of Study Group 15 and Associate Rapporteur for ITU-T Question 4 of Study Group 15.
​​ Philippe Chanclou
Manager, Fixed Access Networks team, Orange Labs

​Philippe Chanclou received the Ph. D. and Habilitation degrees in 1999 and 2007. Since 2004, he joined Orange where he was engaged in research on the next generation optical access networks. He is manager of Fixed Access Networks team which involves on FTTx topics for Home, Enterprise and Antenna.
Bilel ​Jamoussi​​
Chief of Study Groups, TSB, ITU

Tunisian born, Dr. Bilel Jamoussi is Chief of the Study Groups Department of ITU Standardization Bureau in Geneva Switzerland. Since 2010, he has been leading the bureau’s standards making activities into a new era characterized by rapid convergence and the need for increased collaboration with vertical sectors and partnership between developed and developing countries. Prior to 2010, Jamoussi worked for a Telecommunication equipment and solutions provider for 15 years in Canada and then in the United States where he held several leadership positions and was granted 22 US patents in diverse areas including packet, optical, wireless, and quality of service. He holds a BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Computer Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English and speaks some Spanish and German.

LiFi Standardization Expert, Signify

Nancy Lee leads standardization efforts for the LiFi business at Signify in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. She is an active member of the IEEE 802.11 Working Group for wireless LAN standards, where her focus is on broadband data connectivity using light. Prior to joining Signify, she worked on mobile wireless radio access networking technologies for a major telecommunications equipment and solutions provider for over 20 years in the United States. She was active in various standards bodies, including serving as chair of the Wireless Innovation Forum’s Protocol Specifications Work Group defining spectrum sharing standards for the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) spectrum band in the US. Nancy holds a master in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Luca Pesando​​
Coordinator, the Fixed Access and Transport Standardisation, Telecom Italia

Luca has more than twenty-five years of experience in Information and Communication Technologies with Telecom Italia. In the company, he is coordinator of the fixed access and transport standardisation since 2006. At present Luca is co-chairman of WP1 in SG13 of ITU-T. In ETSI he is vice-chairman of ISG Experiential Network Intelligence (ENI), where he is also part of the PoC management team and he has been WI rapporteur. Few weeks ago he was elected chairman of ISG F5G. In the past, Luca has covered leading roles in various standards initiatives.

Teun van der Veen​
Senior Consultant, Networks department, TNO​​

Teun is senior consultant at TNO within the Networks department in TNO. Currently Teun heads the Media Networking team and is responsible for their R&D programme in the Dutch and European telecom markets. A highlight is the TNO industry initiative that he lead on STB-less IPTV which resulted in the ETSI/HbbTV Operator Applications specification. Somewhat longer ago, a similar initiative sparked the development of the g.fast standard. Teun chairs a number of European telecom operator working groups on broadband and IPTV, and is advisor to a global high quality annual broadband event he co-founded: the UFBB_BASe.

Senior Product Manager and Senior IOT Expert, China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. 

Zhonghai You, Senior Product Manager and Senior IOT Expert of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. He is a practitioner of enterprise digitalization and Inte​rnet of things. Zhonghai You has participated in the compilation of architectural design industry standards and national standards for smart building, smart community and smart home.  With rich practical experiences in the enterprise digitalization and internet of things. He has successively created or participated in more than 60 sets of enterprise digital systems, and started the research and development of smart home & smart building systems since 2008.​
Tony Zeng
Standard Director, Home Network, Optical Business Product Line, Huawei

Tony is now the standard director of home network in Huawei Optical Business Product Line, leading a home network standard group for standard development of ITU-T SG15 Q18, IEEE 802.11, ETSI ISG F5G, BBF PHYtx/BUS, CCSA TC6, etc. He actively participates in various standard areas of home network, e.g. networking technologies, Wi-Fi testing, network management, IoT protocols. In ITU-T SG15 Q18, Tony focus on home connection technologies, including Fibre-to-The-Room (G.fin), Unified wire-line communication standard series (G.hn),​ light communication standard (G.vlc). He is now the Associate Rapporteur of ITU-T Q18/SG15.
