​​​​​​ ​Julien Bringer
CEO KALLISTECH 
 
Julien Bringer, PhD, is the CEO of KALLISTECH, expert consultant in security, cryptography, biometrics, identity, privacy, blockchain technologies and innovation, in particular on crypto/fintech, eHealth, identity and IoT areas. He has been one of the co-founders of SMART VALOR, a VC-backed Swiss startup building a cryptocurrencies and security token exchange for alternative investments, for which he has been Chief Security and Cryptography Officer from 2017 to mid-2019. He is a serial innovator in security, privacy and identity areas since more than 19 years, with a deep research experience, and various senior roles. Before 2017,  he was leading Innovation Programs at the global leader in security and identity solutions, IDEMIA (formerly Morpho), working across IoT security, digital identity and strong authentication. His previous positions include remarkably Research Team Manager for Security and Cryptography, heading up the smartcard attack team and the biometrics privacy research team. Very active in research and innovation, with more than 80 scientific publications and more than 50 pending patents (US and EU), and acting as program committee member in various conferences & workshops. He is Associate Editor of the prestigious journal IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, leader of several ISO standardization projects (Security, Biometrics, Blockchain), expert in several working groups of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27 “Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection”, former chair of the Common Criteria international Technical Community in Biometrics Security, and since February 2018, he is convenor of the Security, Privacy and Identity Working Groups of ISO standardization committee TC307 on “Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies”, driving development of several blockchain standardization projects. He is as well strongly involved within digital assets custody and security tokens stakeholders discussions, and advising various startups in security and blockchain space.​

Olivier Dubuisson (Orange, France) is the rapporteur on working methods of ITU-T's Telecommunication Standardization Advisory Group (TSAG). He is the editor of the ITU-T A-series Recommendations setting forth the collaboration of ITU-T study groups with other standards developing organizations (including ISO, IEC, ISO/IEC JTC 1).

Consultant, DLT and the European Data Protection Regulation GDPR​​
 
Jörn Erbguth is a consultant on blockchain, smart contracts and data protection (GDPR). With majors in computer science and law, he takes a multidisciplinary approach to new technology. He is an enabler of privacy by design where legal and technological aspects need to be tightly integrated. Jörn previously worked as a software developer and a product manager, and was head of ICT and CTO for legal information systems​ in Germany and Switzerland. Looking at the disruptive force of digitalization and being aware of the difficulties that society has had to cope with, he wanted to help shape a better future digital society. So he quit his position as CTO, started a PhD on blockchain governance and became certified as a data protection officer (DPO, udis). He regularly speaks and publishes about blockchain and legal aspects like GDPR. Jörn lectures at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and the University of Geneva. He was a co-editor of the recent report of the Focus Group on Distributed Ledger Technology at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and was a member of DIN SPEC 4997 Privacy by Blockchain Design. Jörn organizes workshops on topics like Blockchain, Sustainable Development Goals and Privacy at the UN, EuroDig, the Internet Governance Forum, EDV-Gerichtstag and other organizations and events. He works with Geneva Macro Labs as Head of Technology Insights and serves as a board member for EDV-Gerichtstag and entscheidsuche.ch.​

Ms. Zhiyuan Hu got her Ph.D. in computer science in 2002. She worked as a security researcher at Nokia Shanghai Bell Co. Ltd. from 2002 to 2021. Since July 2021, she has worked as Director of Security Research at vivo Mobile Communication Co. Ltd. Dr. Hu was nominated for Vice-Chair of WP2/SG17 (5G, IoT& ITS security) (2021-present), Co-Rapporteur of Q2/SG17 (Security architecture and network security) (2017-present) and Associate Rapporteur of Q2/SG17 (2015-2016). She acted as Chair of OMA (Open Mobile Alliance) security working group (2009-2014) and Vice-Chair of OMA security working group (2007-2008). She also acted as Vice-Chair of CCSA (China Communications Standards Association) TC5 WG5 (Wireless communication security) (2008-2021). She completed to publish more than

20 specifications.​​

Kepeng is the Co-chairman of ITU-T SG16 Metaverse Correspondence Group. He is also the senior standard engineer in Tencent. Currently, he mainly engaged in standardization of Metaverse, blockchain, information security, etc. He has actively participated in many international standardization activities of several SDOs including ITU-T SG 16, SG 17, ISO, IETF, W3C, IEEE, OMA, etc. He served as ITU-T SG17 WP4 co-chair, IETF ACE WG co-chair, OMA CD WG chair, etc.​​
Heung Ryong Oh
ITU-T Study Group 17 Q2 Co-rapporteur | Chief Researcher, Standardization Division, TTA (Telecommunications Technology Association), South Korea

He is working as a researcher for the standardization division of the TTA, Korea from February 2004. He is responsible for domestic standards for information security in TTA. He began participating in ITU-T SG17 in 2004 and has served an associate rapporteur of Q2 from 2009 to 2016, a co-rapporteur of Q2 in ITU-T SG17 since 2017. He received a Bachelor degree in 2002 (Electronics Engineering), a Master degree in 2004, and a Ph.D. degree in 2018, all in Information security from Soonchunhyang University, South Korea.​​
