Preetam Maloor is a Strategy And Policy Advisor in the Corporate Strategy Division of the ITU General Secretariat and an expert on international Internet-related public policy matters.
He holds Masters degrees in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, College Station, and in Engineering and Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.
He has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
