Appointed as the Undersecretary of Ministry of communications since March 2013. He received his Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering – Lehigh university, Bethlehem, PA, USA 1978.
He served as an engineer at Umm ALaish Earth station(Mar'78-Oct'79), Project engineer at the International Telecommunications Department(Nov'79-Jan'81), Manager of Earth stations for Satellite communications(Feb'81-Dec'81), controller of maintenance – minor stations(Feb'83-Feb'90), Assistant Director for Technical Services(Feb'90-Feb'92), Director of Technical Services(Sept'92-Dec'94), Assistant Undersecretary for Telecommunications Sector(Dec'94-Feb'2006) and Assistant Undersecretary for International Services Sector(Feb'2006-Sept2008).
He is a member of the Kuwait Engineer's Graduates Society - Ministry of Communications Syndicate.
