Philippe Fouquart is Senior Expert in Naming, Numbering & Addressing at Orange Labs Networks. Since 2001, he has been in charge of NN&A activities within Orange Labs to design Orange's network architectures and provide technical support in this area to business units within the Group worldwide.
Philippe serves as Rapporteur for the numbering Question in the International Telecommunication Union and is a member of ITU-T's Numbering expert Team. He's also been active in a number of industry groups including the GSMA and ETNO, several Standards Development Organisations such as the IETF and ETSI as well as in various initiatives coordinated by national regulatory authorities.
