Soumaya Benbartaoui studied computer science at University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene where she graduated as engineer.
She joined Regulatory Authority of Post and Telecommunication in 2009 where she works as head of department of Electronic Certification Management. Since 2012, she started to work with Arab Regulator Network work group in charge of Arab Cloud Project.
Soumaya was selected to participate to Techwomen program (initiative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs) where she worked with high tech company at silicon.
She is currently a vice-chairman of SG13 Regional Group for Africa (SG13 RG-AFR) in charge of Cloud computing and common capability.
