Stéphane Guilloteau has specialized during the past ten years in personal data protection, having been Engineer, Project Manager and Senior Expert at Orange Labs with responsibilities for research on privacy enhancing technologies and privacy best practices. Stéphane Guilloteau is an active contributor to international privacy standards, like in development process of the ISO/IEC 27018. He received a Master of Information Technology from Caen University, France, in 2001. Stéphane Guilloteau was appointed by ITU-T to write a technology watch report on the subject of "Privacy in cloud computing" published in 2012 (http://www.itu.int/en/ITU-T/techwatch/Pages/cloud-computing-privacy.aspx).
