Naotaka Morita is a senior advisor of NTT and executive manager of NTT Advanced Technology Corporation.
He received his B.E. and M.E. degrees from Nagoya University, Japan. In 1987, he joined R&D Center of NTT, where he was involved in the research of ATM systems, VoIP and interactive multimedia technologies, and NGN. From October 2004 to 2011, he was a vice chair of SG13 in ITU-T. His editorship covers inter-cloud computing in Y.3511 and disaster relief with transportable ICT units, which will be a new subject of coming SG15.
