Dong Wang is the Rapporteur of Q.18/13. The work in this question covers the architecture of the cloud computing, framework of inter-cloud, and cloud related service categories (such as Y.3502, Y.3511, Y.3512, and Y.3513). Dong works as a senior standards architect in the Cloud&IT business unit at ZTE Corporation. His current research interests include Multimedia, Cloud, BigData, SDN and their cross-applications. He is also active in several international standards organizations including ITU-T SG 9, ITU-T SG 16, ISO/IEC JTC1 SC29 WG11 (MPEG) on multimedia service and transport technology areas. During his career, he has been involved in the design and standardization of Digital Home network, IPTV service systems, CDN system, Multimedia transport system(e.g. DASH and MMT), and led the work of audiovisual coding research and standardization activities (e.g. 3GPP EVS and H.265 HEVC).
